Strong CentraLine support during coronavirus situation

The CentraLine team continues to monitor the COVID-19 coronavirus situation and the safety of our employees, customers and Partners is our top priority. As we monitor this difficult and fast-moving situation, we wanted to share some resources to help you and your businesses:

  • Our service and support teams across our Partner network are largely available for urgent callouts and site visits. They maintain exceptional support and are ready and able to assist you in the way that you want to be supported. We expect CentraLine team members that are visiting customer, supplier, vendor, or other partners’ locations to abide by the rules of their hosts.
  • Our Marketing teams have created online courses and our training team is continuing to work on additional remote training and these will be communicated in the local region when available. Also we can arrange customized webinars based on your local needs.
  • Our factories are operational, and where possible, our employees are working from home and endeavouring to maintain business as usual.

Our priority is still our customers and Partners and we are here to support you all at this difficult time. If you have a question or need our assistance, please contact your account manager or usual CentraLine contact and we will do our best to help.
